HOW TO ENTER: All on-line entries must be received by 11:59p.m. ET on the last day of each month during the promotion period to be eligible for each monthly drawing.

There will be one drawing per month. Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent monthly drawings, if any. To enter complete and submit the form on the contest entry page.

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ACCOUNT. If there is a dispute about who the email address belongs to, it will be deemed submitted by the email account holder. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified.

GRAND PRIZE: One winner per month. Winners will be selected in random drawings on or about the 6th day of each following month from among all eligible entries received for the preceding month. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for each month. All prizes will be awarded as a certificate vallid for 6 months, all winners will be notified by e-mail. Limit one Grand Prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 10 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By entering your email address on the sweepstakes entry form, you consent to receive promotional emails from EBA. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the on-line portion of the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted and award prizes from all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation and all other eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILTY: Sweepstakes open to Tri-State residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of EBA and members of the immediate families of each may not enter.
