1. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CASH, BANK CHECK, OR AUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD.2. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD UNDER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.
3. MERCHANDISE RETURNED MUST BE UNALTERED, IN IT'S ORIGINAL CARTON, PACKING WITH ALL ACCESSORIES AND WARRANTY CARDS, IN NEW AND RESALABLE CONDITION. WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
4. DEFECTIVE GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE MANUFACTURER'S REPRESENTATIVE. THEY ARE ONLY EXCHANGEABLE AFTER APPROVAL BY THE MANUFACTURER.
5. ALL ITEMS RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING OR HANDLING FEE'S OF UP TO 40%.
6. MERCHANDISE INSTALLED MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
7. RETURNS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY THRU SATURDAY 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM.
8. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, OR TELEVISION SIGNAL, FOR THE APPLIANCE.
9. ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION.
10. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER TO INSURE AN INDIVIDUAL, 18 YEARS OR OLDER BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY. IF A DELIVERY ATTEMPT OCCURS AND A "NO HOME" RESULTS A REDELIVERY CHARGE EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED. THERE ARE NO TIMED DELIVERIES!
